Challenging Requirements

For any application: bonding, sealing, masking, EMI/RFI shielding, labeling, or friction control, Advanced  Converting helps select the best performing materials and often tests products to meet or exceed application parameters.  Peel strength tests to various substrates, temperature, and fuel resistance tests, thermal and abrasion durability profile tests, and impact/weight evaluations are all done in house. Tight Tolerances

As many products, electronics, in particular, continue to get smaller, manufacturers are requiring components with tighter tolerances.  At Advanced Converting we use state of the art equipment and precision machined dies to produce parts with tolerances as tight as +/- .005" or less depending on the material.  Our staff is experienced in tool design and product specifications to meet these tight tolerance requirements.  Call us to discuss your part’s tolerance requirements.
 

Bonding

Cushioning / Damping


Advanced Converting fabricates many different types of foam to be used as cushions to protect products during shipping. We can also add adhesive to these foams for securing the cushions in place.
