- Multi-level sheeting - Tooling with multi-level blade cut depth can kisscut/diecut internal shapes within a sheeted length.
- Up to 50” wide web – We have various machines for sheeting product to length. Our two standard Rosenthal sheeters feed either up to 36”wd input or up to 50”wd input stock with programmed cut to length.
- Rotary Sheeting – Our rotary presses use sheeter dies that allow for high speed cutting of narrower web stocks. We have standard 7”wd, 10”wd, 16”wd and 18” wide presses for high speed sheeting applications.
- Guillotine Sheeting – This is a process where a material is indexed to length and two blades (one fixed and one actuated up/dn) cut the material shear cuts the stock into a loose sheet.
- Automated sheeting – Pre-programmed cut length and quantity with guillotine cutting is the process described above that repeats until the programmed qty is achieved.
