- Folding – We pre-score material with score blades built into tooling to aid in manual or semi-automated folding techniques.
- Pre-assembly of diecut components to substrates is provided using state-of-the-art Nautilus brand placement equipment. A vacuum head captures a fabricate part, removes the liner and places on a substrate with incredible tolerance in the X – Y and Theta axis.
- Slug removal – Post cut parts or pre-assembled parts can have slugs removed via vacuum jigs and semi-manual actuation.
- Special packaging – Custom bag sizes and psa seal edges are available along with; labeling, marking or custom boxes with protective inserts specific to your project.
- Registration cuts – We can place cut notches, registration holes, or printed alignment marks on parts or substrates to aid in assembly.
Custom packaging and kitting – Quantity per bag of a single item or multiple items can be packaged/kitted to suit your needs, along with specific labeling with Part Number and Lot# traceability.
