Up to 62” wide web – Our large Walco laminator can handle input rolls up to 62”wd.

As many as 3 substrates in one pass – We have three unwind shafts all with pneumatic brake controls for feeding from top, rear and bottom of our press into the laminating nip rolls.

Laminate from roll to roll, roll to sheet, or sheet to sheet – We have multiple laminating machines to accommodate various input material format options as stated.

Wide variety of material and adhesive options - Foam, film, foil, rubber, cork, plastic, fabric, felt and other material options can all have pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) applied to one or both sides.

Selective zone lamination – We can apply one or more narrow strips onto a wider roll using tooling or machines guides during the feeding/laminating process thru a machine. There are applications sometimes requiring an portion of adhesive on a part obtained thru zone lamination.

Zone removal of adhesive - We can selectively remove adhesive from a web leaving a void zone – sometimes needed when a part is to have a tab without psa for example.
